The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), otherwise known as the Global Goals, is an initiative of the United Nations.

It is a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity.

IACEE supports these objectives of the United Nations. SERINA is one of the ways in which the IACEE seeks to demonstrate its support and add value to the United Nations initiative. It does so in a manner that is congruent with  and serves the member mandate of the IACEE to promote and enhance lifelong engineering education throughout the world.
